Experience a ‘tasting’ of the spiritual practices of journaling, guided 
meditation, lectio divina, music, and 
other experiential and creative 
activities. This will be an opportunity 
to try different practices that have 
been helpful for others. You may 
be surprised to find that something you
 are already doing can become a way 
of experiencing God and living a more abundant life. Participants are invited
 to a light lunch following the program.
