Tenille Townes is a native of Albert, Canada who got her start in music belting along to U2 and Shania Twain in the back of her parents’ car. She started singing lessons at the age of 5, and by 14 was playing her first guitar. She made the move to Nashville when she was 19. Her music is the kitchen table where her family would talk about the world, her words are the experiences and struggles and moments of joy she wants to share, packed with her dynamic vocals and, at the core, that heart. You can hear her single, “Somebody’s Daughter” on Q103!
Logan Mize is from Clearwater, Kansas, who has deep musical roots in his family tree. His great uncle was Billy Mize, largely known for crafting and evolving the legendary Bakersfield sound, which included musical pioneers Merle Haggard and Buck Owens. In 2017, his latest album “Come Back Road” was released and debuted in the top 20 Billboard Country Albums and reached no. 2 on the iTunes Country Charts. You can hear his single, “Better Off Gone” on Q103!

Bekah & Rachel

Opening for Tenille & Logan are local artists Bekah and Rachel! You may recognize them from our Breakthrough Battle of the Bands at Mac’s Hideaway! Bekah and Rachel are twin sisters from LaGrange, Kentucky, just 20 miles outside of Louisville. They grew up singing in their church, which spiraled into a well-rounded interest in music. They began playing their respective instruments in middle school; Rachel played the guitar, Bekah played the piano. For many years people tried to convince them to start playing gigs and in December of 2018, they finally started. It began in a small bar and over a few short months grew into a following of a couple hundred people. They pride themselves in their talent but stay humble by rooting themselves in where it all starts; God and the church. They have many plans for the future. Bekah and Rachel hope to pursue a career in music if that is the plan that God has for them. In the meantime, Bekah is attending Bellarmine University, majoring in Communication and is to graduate in May of 2020. Rachel is still exploring her opportunities.

Let us know if we’ll see ya there HERE!
